B&S CEO Appointed Chairman of MAPI

Todd Teske, chief executive officer, chairman and president of Briggs & Stratton Corp., has been tapped to serve a two-year term as chairman of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation.

Teske replaces outgoing chairman Carlos Cardoso, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Fort Mill, South Carolina-based Kennametal, Inc.

The alliance conducts business research, offers executive education, and is an advocate for manufacturing.
